We’re seeking for compassionate and dedicated individuals in Cambridge to become an SEN Teaching Assistant. You’ll provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, assisting in creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. Your Role
* Provide personalised support to students in small groups or one-on-one.
* Assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support learning and development.
* Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and SEN specialists to monitor progress.
* Offer personal care and mobility support when required.
What We’re Looking For in the role of SEN Teaching Assistant
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (essential).
* Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support (preferred but not required).
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday (6.5-hour shifts, flexible working available)
