Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.
Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
1. Identification of new sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment, including Greenfield masts, rooftop sites, and street furniture.
2. Consultation with clients to determine network requirements.
3. Obtaining aerial height panoramic photographs from identified sites.
4. Preparation of search reports providing site-specific information.
5. Undertake land searches and issue documentation to engage landlords for access to survey potential locations.
6. Negotiation of terms including agreement duration, rent, review provisions in line with client instructions.
7. Consultation with planning departments, submission of planning applications, negotiation with planning officers.
8. Preparation of standard lease agreements and site valuations.
What you'll bring?
* Skilled in managing customer relationships and expectations.
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels.
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the acquisition of telecommunications infrastructure.
* Excellent working knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Capable of owning a portfolio of sites from start to legal completion and handover.
* Excellent IT and database skills (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access).
