Duocall has successfully created IT experts in the past, of which their previous apprentices are now in full-time roles within the business, even expanding their learning past the apprenticeship. In this role, youll work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Installing and configuring software and hardware components.
Assisting with 1st line support under the guidance of a 2nd line Support Engineer.
Utilizing RMM Tool, Unifi Portal, DMS, and Windows systems to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
Supporting, setting up, and deploying various end-user devices, including testing cables or patches with cable testing equipment.
Following a structured care resolution process.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
Annual salary of £15,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30
22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Due to the nature of the role a candidate with a full driving licence is required
Strong motivation and initiative skills
Passion for IT
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in computer skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Grade 4/C in Maths & Grade 5/C in English GCSE
