Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Near Bank Station, London
Pay: £17.55 per hour
Working Days: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekend shifts)
Working Hours: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (shifts will vary within this time frame)
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team near Bank Station. This role involves overseeing daily catering operations, managing a team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day catering service
* Lead and motivate catering staff
* Ensure high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
* Maintain stock and order supplies as needed
* Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality setting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work flexibly within the 6 AM – 8 PM window
* Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)
Additional Information
* Primarily Monday to Friday shifts, but there will be a requirement to work approximately 3 weekends per year.
