About the Role and Team

Join the eBay UK Buyer Delivery Experience team, a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to transforming the delivery landscape for enhanced buyer satisfaction. We are on the lookout for a skilled Program Manager to orchestrate the development and execution of groundbreaking delivery initiatives, reducing friction for customers both in the last mile and on the platform. This pivotal role is designed to elevate the buyer experience on eBay by ensuring reliable and trusted delivery that meets and exceeds buyers' expectations, aligning with high retail standards.

What You Will Accomplish

Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product teams and cross-functional groups to design and implement customer-focused delivery solutions.

Improved Delivery Precision: Increase the accuracy of delivery promises to boost reliability and buyer trust.

Driving Awareness and Adoption: Promote awareness and adoption of retail standards by engaging sellers and onboarding new integrations and services. Simultaneously, identify and implement innovative tools and solutions that improve delivery processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to make key decisions on projects and highlight opportunities for improvement and innovation in delivery processes.

Operational Excellence: Maintain relationships with carriers, third-party providers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor project status and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.

What You Will Bring

Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in project management, particularly within the e-commerce sector.

Strategic and Analytical Skills: Possess a strategic approach with strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making.

Case Development: Ability to write compelling reasons to support new initiatives and secure partner agreement.

Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and Innovation: Thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, showcasing adaptability and innovative thinking.

Leadership and Relationship Management: Validated leadership credentials with robust relationship management skills.
