Bolton Cares' Supported Living are recruiting a Team Leader to provide leadership to a team of support workers and facilitate the delivery of high quality, compassionate care.

About the Team Leader role:
As the Team Leader you will be supporting people in their own homes; the people we work with have a range of needs including learning disability, autism, and mental health needs. Some of the people who use our services also have significant physical health and personal care needs and may present with behaviours that challenge services.
The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and you will work on a rota which includes weekends and sleep-in cover.
Responsibilities:
· Staff support and supervision
· Rota management
· Working with people with varied needs
· Helping people live more independently and undertake life enhancing activities.
· Ensure people's needs are at the heart of everything you do.
· Working with care managers and health colleagues to implement and support plans.
· Personal Care as required.
· Connecting with the community
· Partnership working
Experience and skills required:
· Must have experience of leading and managing a team of staff to deliver personalised support
· Skills and knowledge to empower team to provide a high standard of support and care for everyone.
· Must have previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities & autism.
· Be able to develop supportive relationships, promoting independence and wellbeing.
· You must be able to participate in an on-call rota.
· You will be highly motivated to deliver outstanding care and support.
· Driving License- Essential

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,511.42 per year
