Overview
Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson role at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Reporting to the Estates Engineering Supervisor, the Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson will be part of the Facilities & Infrastructure Directorate’s multi skilled team working within the Estates Services Department.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will assist in providing a day-to-day statutory, planned and reactive electrical maintenance service, refurbishment and new installation work to ensure that the internal and external fabric on all NHS Forth Valley buildings is maintained to a reasonable standard.
* The main challenges for this department are to meet the demands of a modern healthcare service while providing an effective and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Requirements
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
* The duties require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
