£32,000 - £39,500 DOE + company bonus scheme + pension + 28 days holiday (inc. BH) + company vehicle (private use available)

This well-established private training provider has been delivering engineering apprenticeships for many years and is known for its high-quality teaching and training facilities. With centres in Burgess Hill and Portchester, they offer hands-on learning for the next generation of engineers.
In this role, you\'ll focus on guiding apprentices rather than being on the tools yourself. You\'ll visit learners in their workplaces, carry out assessments, review portfolios, and make sure they\'re on track for their City & Guilds 5357 qualification.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and hold (or be eligible to gain) a gold card. Full training and support will be provided to help you step into the assessor role.

The Role
* Carrying out on-site assessments and portfolio reviews for electrical apprentices
* Covering the City & Guilds 5357 qualification
* Visiting learners across Sussex and Hampshire
The Person
* NVQ Level 3 qualified, experienced electrician
* Gold card holder (or eligible to apply for one)
* Keen to move off the tools into an assessor role (full training provided)
* Happy to travel for workplace visits
* Able to commute to Burgess Hill and Portchester
