About the Role
We’re looking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our IoT Platform team. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of developers
* Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems and solutions.
* Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver results.
* Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and adherence to best practices.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
* Drive conversations with the team and the client.
Must-have
* Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or similar leadership role in IT.
* Strong expertise in AWS services, Java, Git and databases.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
* Experience working with IoT platforms.
* Strong programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
