Job Role - Senior Business Development Manager Location - Midlands Compensation Package: Basic Salary from £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a monthly uncapped commission scheme and a choice of a BEV or hybrid company car. The platform allows companies to manage their transportation logistics efficiently, create inclusive travel policies, and cater to diverse workforce needs. Overall, GT Suite aims to make managing company transportation easier, more efficient, and cost-effective, helping businesses keep their workforce mobile and productive. What we're looking for We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Professional to join our team, covering the Midlands & Wales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new corporate business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of FOD Mobility Group. Your strategic insights and ability to drive revenue growth will be key to our continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for vehicle rental and platform technology sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Develop and implement strategic business development plans Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve targets Monitor and report on industry developments and competitive landscape About You Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role within the mobility industry Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Your compensation package Highly competitive salary and monthly uncapped performance-based incentives Choice of BEV or Hybrid Company car 25 days of annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays!)
