Senior Financial Controller - Manufacturing SME
Location: Tewkesbury - office based
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (potentially more)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join a growing manufacturing SME and lead the finance function with real influence and autonomy.
We're looking for a commercially minded individual who can develop the team and provide accurate and timely financial control alongside commercially-focused insight to support strategic decision-making.
A brief summary of responsibilities

* Produce accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
\t
* Lead and develop the finance team
\t
* Provide commercial insight to support pricing, contracts, and margin improvement
\t
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial stability
\t
* Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis
\t
* Strengthen financial governance, controls, and compliance
\t
* Partner with senior leaders to support growth and operational efficiency
About you
\t
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified
\t
* Strong management accounting background within manufacturing
\t
* 3-5 years' experience in a senior finance role
\t
* Proven leadership and commercial partnering experience
\t
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
\t
* Confident communicator with board‑level exposure
