Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales)
£30,000 base | £60–£70k OTE
Leeds | Full-Time | Office-Based
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 8:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
One Saturday a month: 9:00am - 5:00pm
At Smile White, we’re redefining what luxury dental care feels like. We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused sales professionals with strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience who know how to build trust, guide customers, and close with confidence — without hard selling.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile journey.
* Build rapport through empathy, active listening, and a consultative approach.
* Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust).
* Ensure every patient is seen by a clinician within 7 days of sign-up.
* Work closely with clinical teams to deliver a seamless 5-star experience.

Who We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of consultative, D2C sales experience.
* Skilled at uncovering motivations and mapping customer pain points.
* Comfortable in regulated environments (FCA/GDC familiarity a bonus).
* Ambitious, driven, positive, and highly coachable.
