Permanent | 35 hours per week | Core hours 9am–3pm

This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established organisation as a Finance Business Partner, supporting a key business unit and playing a central role in financial planning, reporting and decision‑making.
This position would suit someone who is confident in building relationships, flexible to changing priorities, and passionate about improving the way finance supports the wider business.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the main finance partner for a business unit
* Provide analysis, insight and commercial guidance
* Producing monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary for senior leaders
* Presenting financial results to senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team
* Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
* Analysing financial and non‑financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Supporting new initiatives, investments and commercial projects with financial expertise
* Driving process improvements and helping streamline reporting and controls
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with internal controls
* Supporting year‑end audit requirements
* Contributing to the transition from IFS to Oracle
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels
* Analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
* Flexible, resilient and comfortable working in a changing environment
* Experience improving processes or implementing efficiencies
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
