We are seeking a Volunteer Community Manager to help run and develop our services.

What will you be doing?
The Community Manager role is varied and exciting, as a small organisation we are looking for someone to work closely with us to deliver the below:
* Being the point of contact for our partner organisations
* Facilitation and coordination of various projects/events
* Networking with partner organisations and individuals
* Posting on social media
* Potential attendance at some of our events to ensure the smooth running of the team
* Helping with creating surveys and strategies to better engage with our beneficiaries
* Assisting to manage and input in strategic planning for the operations team
* Dealing with queries
* Assisting with the recruitment of volunteers and of visually impaired people looking for support
You will work with the Board to report back on your work on a monthly basis, this is very informal!
