Job: Business & Brand Development Executive in Dungannon. Our client, a leading Construction Manufacturer, is seeking a Business & Brand Development Executive to drive business growth, brand reputation, and marketing strategy across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day business development, including lead generation, bid management, and tracking opportunities.
* Coordinate bid responses, proposals, and supporting collateral in collaboration with internal teams.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, framework meetings, and client events.
* Manage marketing activities including social media, website content, PR, and promotional materials.
* Support brand reputation through ESG, ISO standards, accreditations, and social value reporting.
* Analyse market trends to align marketing and business strategies.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Brand Management.
* Knowledge of bids/tenders and lead generation.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media/marketing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience with public sector frameworks and ISO standards.
* Knowledge of ESG/sustainability reporting.
* Degree or qualification in Business/Marketing.
* Experience working with external agencies and attending industry events.
