Customer Experience Manager The Role
You will lead a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the business to convert enquiries into sales.
Leading and developing the customer service team
Driving sales conversion from inbound enquiries
Managing customer aftercare and resolving escalated issues
Monitoring KPIs and improving team performance
Delivering excellent service across phone, email, and online channels
Producing performance reports for senior management Customer Experience Manager
Experience managing a customer service or sales support team
Proven track record improving team performance and KPIs
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting Customer Experience Manager What’s On Offer
£29,000–£35,000 basic salary
KPI bonus (OTE £36,000–£42,000)
