About the role
As a Leasehold Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent property management service for a portfolio of commercial and residential mixed tenure estates and blocks, acting as the main point of contact for customers. A full clean driver’s licence is required for this role.

1. Deliver residential and commercial property management duties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting estate inspections, managing disputes and anti-social behaviour, enforcing lease conditions, and being the main contact for customers.
2. Resolve customer queries promptly, liaising with operational teams, local authorities, external managing agents, and customers.
3. Work with the service charge team to ensure accurate and transparent service charge estimates and accounts, contributing to strong financial performance.
4. Maintain full, clear, and accurate records of all customer contact.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure high standards of service across the portfolio.
6. Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the Group at meetings and forums.
7. Assist the Leasehold Team Manager with policy and procedure updates to improve service delivery.

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
* Willing to study towards IPRM for membership (desirable).
* Experience in front-line property management.
* Knowledge of current housing law and best practices.
* Proficient in IT, including Word and Excel, with report-writing skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK Driving License.
