As Lead Quantity Surveyor, youll lead a relatively new team and actively develop them into a great team: high-performing, commercially sharp and proud of what they deliver.
Youll need to be a strong, visible leader, keen to mentor and develop trainees and graduates, helping shape the next generation of commercial talent.
Youll have a very supportive Regional Manager, but they are not hands-on day to day.
