Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per year.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
* Inspire, support, and develop the staff team to deliver excellent care.
* Oversee personalised care plans and maintain strong communication with residents' families.
* Promote therapeutic activities, outings, and wellbeing initiatives tailored to individual needs.
* Supervise training and foster ongoing professional development.
