Front of House Reception Administrator – Westminster
Join us at Boeing as a Front of House Reception Administrator at our Westminster office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and staff in a busy UK headquarters.

Responsibilities
* Opening the office and welcoming visitors and staff
* Conducting safety briefings and visitor pre‑screening checks
* Managing the switchboard and answering incoming calls
* Reporting building issues and helping to resolve them when feasible
* Managing local badging activations
* Collecting and sorting local mail, including franking outgoing post
* Booking local hot desks, offices and spare spaces with calendar management
* Booking conference facilities and local catering orders
* Co‑ordinating and supporting local meetings (refreshments, IT technicians, room re‑organisation)
* Setting up and shutting down local coffee machines
* Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas
* Managing replenishment of local stock items (e.g., kitchen sundries, water)
* Monitoring printer/stationery supplies and reordering as appropriate
* Capturing and recording data
* Managing local delivery services
* Supporting local parking arrangements
* Providing site focal support for other local duties when available
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills in a corporate environment
* Team player who can support a busy onsite team and visitors
* Highly organised, motivated, and able to multi‑task and prioritise
* Professional and friendly demeanour
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
* Preferred: experience in Front of House or cabin aircrew, with prior administration success
