Position: Social Housing Plumber (Temporary) with DBS
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay: £20 - 23 per hour Paye / Umbrella
Responsibilities:
* Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
* Diagnose and fix issues related to water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation systems.
Tile, box in pipework, and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements:
* Relevant plumbing qualifications and experience.
* Knowledge of social housing maintenance practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driving licence essential
* Must be confident in tiling, boxing, and finishing work to a high standard.
