We need a proven track record of improving data quality within complex IT environments. We need experience working across federated or global organisations. We need excellent stakeholder management skills with a pragmatic, delivery-led mindset. Desirable: experience with service mapping implementation. Responsibilities: We will act as the hands-on authority for configuration and application data across ServiceNow CMDB and LeanIX. We will establish and maintain a single, trusted, and operationally usable data model. We will support service mapping, architecture, operations, and governance outcomes. We will take ownership of data quality, lifecycle controls, and reconciliation. We will ensure both platforms remain synchronised, semantically aligned, and fit for purpose. We will work closely with internal stakeholders to embed pragmatic governance. We will prevent data decay following implementation. We will define the canonical data model. We will resolve data conflicts across systems and stakeholders. We will enable sustainable BAU processes.
