Our client is looking for a Client Bookkeeper to join their growing accounts team, supporting the delivery of accurate bookkeeping across a varied portfolio. If you enjoy working with financial data, maintaining reconciliations and supporting management reporting, this role offers a strong platform to apply and grow your bookkeeping skills!
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Processing purchases, sales, dividends, corporate actions and property letting statements.
* Saving statements and advices in an accurate and timely manner.
* Completing bank and investment portfolio reconciliations.
* Using Excel for basic formulas and data organisation.
* Assisting with management information by interrogating accounting and bookkeeping systems.
* Supporting the preparation of data for board packs, regulatory returns, insurance renewals and other reports.
* Identifying areas of non-compliance or procedural weaknesses.
* Liaising with Client Services and other internal teams.
* Adhering to accounting processes, finance policies and relevant checklists.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have around three years' bookkeeping or accounting administration experience, strong communication skills and an analytical mindset with good problem‑solving ability. They will be organised, accurate and able to work collaboratively while supporting the company's values and approach.
