Overview
Are you an organised and detail-oriented recruitment administrator with a passion for matching the right talent to the right roles? The National Learning Group, an expanding online tutoring company, is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on reviewing application forms, conducting screening calls, and arranging video interviews. You will also assist with conducting video interviews, processing documents, and general administration duties such as customer queries etc.
Responsibilities
* Application Review: Review and assess incoming applications to identify suitable candidates for the role.
* Screening Calls: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure they meet the required criteria.
* Interview Coordination: Arrange video interviews for candidates and manage scheduling to ensure timely and efficient processes.
* Video Interviews: Conduct video interviews as required, assessing candidate fit and providing feedback to the recruitment team.
* Document Processing: Handle the processing of relevant recruitment documents, ensuring accuracy.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment, training and admin team to support the hiring process and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Customer Enquiries: Handling customer enquiries through phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct clear and concise interviews.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment or CRM systems is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, employed role with hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- The position is based at our office in Prudhoe, NE42 6LP.
