Landlord Liaison Officer We are looking for a Landlord Liaison Officer to support people in housing need to access and sustain private rented sector accommodation. You will act as a key contact for landlords, provide tenancy advice, administer financial assistance schemes, and help secure sustainable tenancies. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenancy deposit loans and bond schemes, including financial assessments and repayment monitoring Maintain relationships with private landlords and key stakeholders Assess accommodation suitability and provide tenancy support Ensure compliance with legal, data protection, and financial requirements Maintain accurate records and contribute to policy and service development Requirements: Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English, able to work independently Experience in customer service, housing, or related fields Competent in Microsoft Office Additional Information: Full-time, 37 hours per week Hybrid working - minimum 3 days in office Parking available (subject to charge) Travel required (public transport or valid UK driving licence) Home visits may involve stairs and steps
