We are looking for a Logistics Planner based at Northampton site (NN4 5FB). The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with two days in the office and three days working from home, subject to business requirements. The salary for the role is £30,366.39 per annum.
The position holder will be responsible for the effective planning of all Pan-European loads, ensuring efficiency and adherence to strict operating procedures, and maintaining optimal communication with customer contacts and approved hauliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
* Assist with the planning and organization for Pan-European Healthcare shipments
* Procure pre-plan information
* Evaluate load configurations and compare costs for proposed routing using the approved haulier network
* Maximize co-loading opportunities and escalate missed opportunities
* Organize customs formalities with relevant brokers
Process & Documentation:
* Adhere to documented processes and support revisions and process improvements
* Ensure transit documentation (packing lists, CMR/EX1) is prepared and available early
* Report and track all open T-Forms
Communication:
* Provide clear routing plans via Traffic Sheet/Trackers and notify sites by deadline
* Maintain professional and efficient communication internally and externally
* Report or escalate poor haulier/customer adherence
Cost and System:
* Maintain system accuracy in Carlo TMS, ensuring data is current for confirmation, payment, and invoicing
* Be aware of costs and KPIs, challenge low-volume shipments, and meet KPI targets
