This position is a 6-month fixed term contract. An insight to Order Fulfilment Working within the Order Fulfilment team within our clients Marketing & Sales, this role ensures optimum product supply within the UK market which has a direct impact on vehicle registrations and positive cash flow for the business. This role requires interface and working relationships with a variety of our clients teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Investigation and resolution of Freshdesk tickets within service level agreements as defined by the business. Provide accurate information to dealers on vehicle progress using a variety of internal systems. Action all dealer transfers internally and externally, including those from plant. Update the central tagging database. Action destination code request changes, ensuring all systems are checked against source systems before reallocation. Run existing reporting using internal bespoke reporting systems specific to the client. Action requests for new destination code set ups, default destinations and amendments, ensuring the correct process is followed i.e. site assessments. Ad-hoc duties involving logistics and transport operations including but not limited to vehicle collection and delivery to vehicle compounds and manage dealer liaison. With the client, manage and keep vehicle delivery holds to a minimum liaising with the field, Material Planning & Logistics and Dealers to resolve issues and escalate where appropriate. Obtain a thorough understanding of the plant routing and delivery planning processes to assist the client plan effective delivery objectives and processes. Working with the client and stakeholders and Material Planning & Logistics to deliver vehicles in-line with the target delivery date and agreed channel priorities. Assist central Ordering team during busy periods with duties including but not limited to: o Investigation and Resolution of Freshdesk tickets within service level agreements as defined by the business. o Creating batch orders in Order Bank and processing amendments in line with pre-defined specifications. o On the clients Direction amend/manage constraint communication and approved order amendment on all vehicles i.e. specific engine which cannot be built on a particular model line and liaising with dealers to resolve. o Communication with the plant regarding vehicle ordering and build schedule. o Support the clients Sales & Marketing with the manual wholesale process on a monthly basis, processing mail merge files to communicate to the dealer network within tight deadlines. o Communicate any operational, processes or system problems to the clients stakeholder. o Other duties or projects as assigned by the Order Fulfilment Team Leader or the clients stakeholder. Essential and desirable skills: High level of Excel, Word, e-mail and the Internet skills are essential. Ability to perform well in potentially stressful situations. Polite with good communication and interpersonal skills. Work on own initiative with minimal supervision. Well-motivated and key team player.
