🚀 The Opportunity: OOH Commercial Managers (x2)
Following an internal promotion, Pukka is looking for two commercially focused sales professionals to lead growth in two high-potential OOH sectors:
1️⃣ On-Trade – National Pub Groups
2️⃣ Food on the Go – Leisure, Travel, Education
Reporting into the OOH Controller and working closely with the Commercial Director, Marketing, Category, and the SLT, you’ll lead the sales strategy for your channel and be responsible for driving profitable growth.
These are growth-led roles suited to hunters – those who love spotting white space, landing new customers, and building strong, strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
🔹 Experience in OOH / foodservice (e.g. pubs, travel, leisure, education)
🔹 Proven track record in new business development
🔹 Strong commercial and financial acumen
🔹 A background of working for fmcg food/drink manufacturers
🔹 Self-starter attitude – focused, curious, and resilient
This is a brilliant next step for someone at NAM, SNAM, or Commercial Manager level, looking for greater autonomy and strategic input in a high-impact role.
