Maths Teacher Location: Bury (M25) Position: Maths Teacher Daily Rate: £150.00 - £210.00 About the role: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic full-time Maths Teacher to support students within a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Bury area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people thrive and reach their full potential in an inclusive classroom environment. This role is to start after the Easter half term with the view to continue until July 2026. Teacher Role Overview Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs * Support and differentiate for students with SEN, ensuring inclusive access to the Maths curriculum * Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support development * Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment * Work closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and parents to support student wellbeing and achievement * Contribute to wider school life, including meetings, planning, and school activities Experience, Training & Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting * Strong understanding of SEN/SEND and inclusive teaching strategies * Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided) * Prevent, behaviour management, and FGM training (can be provided) Requirements Right to Work in the UK * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) * Two professional references covering the last two years How to Apply Please apply with an up-to-date CV including your full education and employment history from secondary school onwards.
