We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to take on the role of Overseas Visitors Administrator. The successful candidate will oversee daily service planning and workload, coordinate service cover, monitor progress, and proactively solve non-routine problems, with a focus on supporting the Management Team to ensure efficient Health Record Services.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, proactivity, and high motivation.
* Sound knowledge of the overseas visitors process and related legislation.
* Willingness to develop skills to meet organisational values.
* Ideally hold the IHRIM Certificate or Diploma or be willing to achieve it.
* Extensive experience with Health Records and managing overseas visitor activity.
* Willingness and ability to travel within the service delivery area.
* Ability and willingness to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
