This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Due to increasing demands on our service, weekend working may be required in the near future.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience working within an outpatient environment.

The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient appointments are booked in line with clinical reviews. The main responsibilities include:
1. Booking appointments
2. Clinic management
3. Handling appointment queries over the telephone
4. Working as part of a team
5. Liaising with clinicians to ensure patient appointments meet their needs
