They are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join it's well established kitchen team. Sous Chef essential requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Sous Chef position
Experience catering for 100+ covers using fresh ingredients
Strong background in quality food-led establishments
Strong kitchen management and communication skills
Own transport essential due to location

Key responsibilities
Maintaining consistently high standards of food preparation and service
Following allergen procedures and kitchen management systems (training provided)
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and team management
Daily supplier ordering and stock management
Reporting to the Head Chef and General Manager
Managing kitchen systems and responding to operational emails
Using digital food management systems (full training provided)
