Alternative Provision Maths Teacher - Re-engagement Support | September Start Tradewind Recruitment is working with partner schools to recruit a dedicated Alternative Provision Maths Teacher to support students returning to education after extended absences due to mental health challenges, physical health conditions, or other barriers to mainstream attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about helping young people rebuild confidence in learning and re-engage with education through a personalised, supportive approach. The role focuses on delivering Maths in a way that meets students where they are academically, while also supporting their wider emotional and social development. Many of the students accessing this provision may have experienced significant disruption to their education and require a calm, consistent teacher who understands the importance of trust, routine, and relationship-based learning. You will play a key role in supporting learners as they work towards reintegration into mainstream education or continued success within specialist provision.
