Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant

We work with experienced recruiters—people who can run a desk, speak to and win clients properly and don’t need managing for the sake of it. The focus is simple: good conversations, good delivery and consistent revenue.
What the role actually looks like
Short term, it’s a billing role.
You’ll own your desk, win and manage your clients end‑to‑end and be trusted to get on with it. No KPI theatre, no pointless meetings, no being told how many LinkedIn messages you need to send. If you’re performing, we will evaluate why and support you through analytics to reach the next level.

We use an AI‑driven CRM that takes care of most of the admin in the background. Calls are captured automatically, notes are handled for you and records stay up to date without you having to think about it. You spend more time on the phone, more time delivering revenue‑generating activity and less time typing things up at the end of the day.
The other part is market depth. We actively encourage people to specialise properly rather than spread themselves thin. If you know your market well, everything gets easier—client conversations, candidate trust, fees, retention.
We’ll invest in helping you build that knowledge and become genuinely credible in your space. On top of that, we work with an external learning and development coach whose job is to keep people sharp—practical, commercial development to help you stay consistent and keep improving.
Our core markets
We’re very focused on infrastructure, network and sales, primarily working with VARs, MSPs and large internal IT teams.
We are looking to increase our marketshare here but are also interested in exploring Microsoft‑focused roles covering data, AI, Power Platform, SharePoint and .NET development. If you already recruit in those areas, great. If you want to move into one and own it properly, that’s a conversation we’re open to.
Money
The commission structure is straightforward.
You will earn an OTE of 40% of billings when you’re on target.
No moving goalposts.
No smoke and mirrors.
Once you’ve proven yourself and built real ownership in a market, there’s scope to grow something around you. That might be delivery support, mentoring someone more junior or building out a small practice. There’s no rush and no pressure— it happens when you feel ready and it makes sense commercially.
We don’t hand out titles. We back people who earn the right to build something.
