Role: Contract (Inside IR35)

Exalto Consulting is supporting a time-critical programme where maintaining operational continuity from Day-1 is essential.
We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong telephony experience to take ownership of analysing a complex telephony estate and ensuring services remain stable, functional, and low-risk through transition.
The role
This is not a typical BA role focused on future design or transformation.
Instead, you'll focus on:
* Understanding how telephony works today
* Identifying risks, dependencies, and constraints
* Defining clear, practical requirements to protect Day-1 operations
You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that nothing critical is missed and that telephony services continue to function seamlessly.
