The ideal candidatewill:
* Have a passion for working withchildren and contributing to their academic and personaldevelopment.
* Possess excellent communicationand teamwork skills.
* Show patience creativityand flexibility.
* Hold at least an NVQ Level 2Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent or (willing to worktowards an NVQ Level 2)Preferred but notessential
* Have experience working with childrenin an educational setting. (Preferred but notessential)
* Understand current educationalpractices and safeguarding principles.
* Becommitted to ongoing professionaldevelopment.
Salary: Grade 14 11.98per hour
Hours: 31.25 Hours per weekTerm term plus Inset days (8:45am :30pm Monday toFriday)
