Our client, a well-established Firm is looking for an experienced Commercial / Real Estate Paralegal to join the Team. The role reqiuires the successful candidate to ideally have a law degree or significant experience in a commercial property setting and be confident in assisting fee earners. ROLE: * Assisting the onboarding team * Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetings * Compiling your own written communications * Drafting documentation as required * Assisting with post completion matters and file closing REQUIREMENTS: * Significant experience - commercial / real estate. * Excellent attention to detail. * Excellent IT skills, including data inputting * Excellent organisational skills. * Experience in amending and collating letters, communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues. * Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable, along with being numerically confident. * Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and working with client ledgers.
