Deliver high-quality, differentiated support to SEN learners in both small group and one-to-one settings.
Collaborate in planning, adapting, and delivering bespoke learning activities aligned with IEPs or EHCPs.
Facilitate engagement and emotional well-being through patience, consistency, and encouragement.
Assist students in developing independence, life skills, and confidence.
Maintain effective communication with teachers, SENCOs, and parents/careers.
Support learners in using resources such as reading interventions
Monitor and record student progress, contributing to documentation and reflection.About You
Passionate about supporting children with diverse educational needs.
Understanding, patient, and responsive in your approach.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks.
Capable of building trusting relationships with learners and their families.
Communicative, organised, and collaborative.
Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice.Desirable: Experience in SEN or relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Learning Support). However, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
