About the role
We are recruiting an Assistant Contracts Manager to lead a responsive delivery model covering the Home Counties and East London. The role involves managing reactive repairs, voids, disrepair contract models, direct labour and supply chain models, as well as implementing efficiencies. Procurement, negotiation of work packages with subcontractors and supply‑chain partners, and client engagement are key responsibilities.
About You
* 5+ years of experience working for a maintenance/main contractor
* Leadership experience
* Good data interrogation skills
* Valid driving licence
* Competent use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel trackers
* Excellent client engagement skills
* Strong Health & Safety awareness
* People skills with the ability to drive performance from a team
