Quality over quantity matters here and typically they will expect someone to manage around 4 settlements per week once they are comfortable in the role. They also have fantastic legal support assistants who manage file opening, registrations, LBTT returns and fee notes. Leaving you free to focus on what you do best.You MUST have previous experience of successfully managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, this includes purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers.This is a private practice who pride themselves in looking after their teams and as such have a low attrition rate. They also believe in a good work/life balance and want people to work their core hours and go home without feeling any additional pressure.
