Job Description
As part of the People Partnering team, you will report directly to the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics and the Warehouse leadership team.
This role scopes to make a huge impact on warehouse performance by partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions, and managing change aligned to business objectives and driving operational excellence.
We are looking for someone to execute a people plan that meets the needs of the warehouse and aligns to our overall people strategy. Main areas of focus will be managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management. You’ll identify and create people-focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively. As part of a team of Business Partners you’ll have the support of your peers and other people teams to collaborate with. You’ll act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently.
Qualifications
* Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in large and complex warehouse environments.
* Experience working within a unionised setting.
* Experience working within a highly customer‑centric or retail environment.
* Hands‑on knowledge and experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement.
* Ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence.
* Able to shape and lead the design and delivery of initiatives/change projects.
* Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change.
* Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks.
