* Lead a team of digital analysts to deliver actionable insights that enhance member and user experiences.
* Manage the full analytics process — from stakeholder requirements and data collection to interpretation and reporting.
* Collaborate with digital, content, and product teams to embed analytics into everyday decision making.
* Provide mentoring and training on analytics best practice, building a data‑literate culture across the organisation.
* Partner with insight, marketing, and digital colleagues to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and predict audience behaviours.
* Ensure analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, etc.) are implemented accurately and maintained to high standards.
* Produce clear, comparative metrics that track performance and support continuous digital improvement.
* Drive innovation by integrating new data sources, visualisation methods, and performance metrics.
Who are we looking for?

* Hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
* Experience with analytics implementation tools such as GTM or Adobe Launch.
* At least 1 year of team leadership or mentoring experience.
* Knowledge of supporting tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Proven skill in building relationships across distributed or cross‑functional teams.
* Experience applying Lean or Agile principles to digital projects.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills in managing multiple workloads.
