Technical Asset Analyst (SFG20/Uniclass)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Asset Analyst to join the DWP mobilisation Technical Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all Asset Data Management activities as agreed by the Technical team.
* Assist Operational and Technical Teams in accurately capturing and reviewing core asset and contract data.
* Undertake full Asset and PPM management, developing and managing maintenance schedules for physical assets, including selection, inspection, maintenance, and renewal.
* Ensure all asset data complies with legal, statutory, and building engineering standards.
* Manage data exports and imports for asset records, maintenance job plans, planned maintenance schedules, SFG20 and non-SFG procedures, and task instructions.
* Support the FMS team in creating accurate master data and mapping to assets, systems, and job plans.
* Monitor and maintain data entry procedures to ensure technical accuracy and quality assurance.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and preferably Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or macros.
* Experience with CAFM systems is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
* Sound technical knowledge and experience with SFG20 and Uniclass coding.
* Experience in technical hard services and asset management.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Self-driven, with a collaborative mindset to work within a high-performing team.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
