We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker - Localities (Gr 8) to join our team. Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and economic needs.
* Develop and implement individualized service plans that address clients’ challenges and goals.
* Provide direct services including counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for clients.
* Collaborate with community resources and agencies to facilitate access to services and support.
* Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress toward achieving their objectives and adjust plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and service delivery.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and coordinate care for mutual clients.
Requirements
* A master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a clinical social worker or eligibility for licensure.
* At least three years of experience in social work practice, preferably in community settings.
* Strong knowledge of social service systems, resources, and community services.
* Proven skills in assessment, intervention planning, and crisis management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with teams.
* Cultural competence and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.68
Location: Sutton, London
