We are looking for a dedicated School Safeguarding Officer (fixed term to cover maternity leave), to support our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in ensuring the highest standards of student safety and welfare. The role requires a dedicated person to meet the high standards in relation to safeguarding practice within school, being the initial point of contact for external agencies and providing day to day guidance and support for staff with safeguarding concerns. To be successful in this post, the role requires extensive safeguarding experience, dealing with MARFs, Early Help assessments and experience of contributing to CP and CIN plans.
