BJM South Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join their team.
BJM South Ltd are a commercial company specialising in Building, Decorating and Fire Door Contracts across the South of the Country.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in successfully managing and leading commercial contracts. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
· Exceptional communication skills with staff, clients, subcontractors, contractors and suppliers.
· Ability to deliver and lead projects to meet project plans efficiently, on target and to a high standard and Quality.
· Ensure all projects are financially profitable, ensuring efficiency savings are made where possible.
· To monitor and report on the performance of projects in accordance with the framework contract, identifying any required service improvements.
· Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to and risk assessments completed.
· The post holder will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing relationships on behalf of the employer, to determine and ensure successful outcomes for the delivery of services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Be responsible for the operational delivery of site management functions.
· Implement monitor and evaluate projects assigned and ensure the outcomes are delivered as agreed.
· Develop and maintain partnerships that support the delivery of high standard projects.
· Proactively monitor all contractual obligations in relation to the delivery of service linked to the framework.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities
To provide Leadership, professional guidance, supervision and support to the Project team in accordance with policies and procedures.
General Information for all Posts
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly, so as to enable the wider team to meet deadlines. On occasion, this may require the post holder to be able to work outside of normal office hours.

Qualifications
* Strong project management and construction experience
* Demonstrated financial management of construction contracts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Demonstrated leadership and organisational abilities
* Effective time management skills
* Valid driver's license and IT proficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
