Entry Level Account Manager
Location: Reading, Berkshire (Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£70,000-£80,000+ OTE)

The Opportunity
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll learn how to manage the full sales cycle, giving you exposure to every stage of the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and engaging potential business customers
* Building relationships with key decision‑makers
* Managing new business opportunities from initial contact through to close
* Learning effective sales, negotiation, and account management techniques
* Supporting customers post‑sale and developing long‑term relationships
* Managing your own pipeline and working towards revenue targets
* Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients
This is a highly autonomous role where your success is directly linked to your effort, development, and ability to build relationships.
