Location: Bank Hall Care Home, Colne Road

You can earn up to £12.51 per hour as a Care Assistant. We are expanding our care team and would love to welcome you aboard.
Reports to: Senior Care team, Team Leader, Manager, and Deputy Manager

About The Role
Principle Roles and Responsibilities
* Review and work according to individual care plans, providing personal care to enhance residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
* Engage with residents' friends and family, including attending review meetings, and represent Rochcare professionally to visitors.
* Show a genuine desire to make a difference and work effectively as part of a team that respects every individual with dignity.
* Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating good communication skills.
* Accurately complete records and routines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
The ideal candidate should be compassionate, committed to wellbeing, and capable of handling complex needs with sensitivity. Respect for privacy and high professional standards are essential. A willingness to learn and develop through training, mentoring, and performance reviews is also required.
Schedule:
Part-time, Full-time, Permanent, or Bank positions available.
Wage rate:
£12.51 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Desired Criteria
* GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
* Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care

* Good English, numeracy, and communication skills
