As we approach the festive season, Euro Garden and Home will also transform into a Christmas Shop, offering a magical range of seasonal products, decorations, and gifts. We are expanding our team and are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join us in both full-time and part-time roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
* Provide detailed product information including prices, sizes, and stock availability
* Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Support deliveries, restocking, and replenishment of seasonal stock
* Assist with visual merchandising and help maintain a festive, well-presented store environment
* Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, tidy, and appealing to customers
* Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable Christmas shopping experience
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in retail or customer service roles
* A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction
* Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about our outdoor living and Christmas ranges
* An eye for detail and interest in retail merchandising
* A team-player mindset with flexibility to support restocking and seasonal store demands
