We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Operations Team in Armagh! Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Armagh Job Summary: You will provide vital administrative support to the Operations Team, playing a key part in supporting our care services, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service user support. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day office and admin support. Answer calls, follow up queries, and maintain accurate records on our MIS ( OneTouch ). Prepare weekly staff rotas and arrange cover for client care. Support Community Managers with referrals and client packages. Ensure all client and staff information is maintained in line with GDPR and company policies. What We're Looking For: Previous administration experience (healthcare or scheduling experience an advantage). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and databases. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A flexible, team-focused approach.
